Our tripe mince is produced from washed green beef tripe which is high in nutrients and essential fats. It is sourced from a local supplier with over 50 yrs experience in the industry.
Packets are approximately 35cm in length and 8cm width of 1.3kg. There are two plates on the mincers, first going through a 15mm plate then a 8mm plate.
