    Derby, Nottingham and Chesterfield is charged at £3.79 per order. Areas just outside of these, such as Leicester, Castle Donnington and Sheffield cost £4.99 per order. These costs are based on area and not weight, unlike nationwide courier. Feel free to order as little or as much as you need at the set cost!
  • My dog has allergies, I do not want certain meats. How do I tell you this when ordering?
    No problem, please make a note of this in the comments section before you checkout your order.
  • I have just started feeding raw and my dog has become loose.
    There are many factors that can cause irregular bowel movements. Contact us for further advice.
  • I want to use natural remedies. Which products do I need?

  • My dog does not like the raw food I bought, can I bring it back?
    Frozen items are temperature controlled, therefore anything that has been chilled or frozen can only be returned within 30 minutes after purchase unless the product has been recalled or is faulty. After this time, we are unable to take the items back for a refund, due to any temperature changes that will cause bacteria and pathogens to grow and risk making animals poorly. Thank you for understanding.

  • I have defrosted tripe for the first time, but it smelled rotten so I threw it away.
    Fresh green tripe has a strong odour and is naturally green in colour, this is normal and is safe to feed.
  • Do you offer Click & Collect?
    Yes, we offer store collection on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 10am-3pm. Simply place your order at the latest the day before by 11am and select your preferred collection day at checkout.
  • I have placed an order for collection on Saturday, can I come a different day?
    We can only take orders for click & collect on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Please only select this if you are able to come on that day.
  • I'm not happy with my order, what do I do?
    On the rare occasions you are not satisfied with your order please contact us on 07964035847. Please note that occasionally we may have to substitute items if the requested product is not available.
  • I have been sent different items to what I ordered?
    Occasionally, we may need to substitute items due to stock levels. If, for whatever reason, we can't pick what you've ordered, we can give you a substitution, at no extra cost. Please specify at checkout if you would rather be refunded for items that are out of stock.

  • What time will my order arrive?
    We aim to deliver your local van order between 10am and 4pm. Courier orders can be tracked via online link.
  • I will not be in for my delivery. Can I have it left somewhere?
    If you will not be in to receive your order please ensure you state your alternative delivery instructions clearly in the comments section. We cannot take items back to the depot due to temperature controlling regulation of items. If you provide an alternative delivery option, e.g. ‘leave at back door’ we cannot be held responsible once this item is delivered.
  • Can I change my courier shipping details once dispatched?
    You may be able to change shipping details via the relevant courier company using your tracking information. Please note that any changes made may result in your parcel being delayed by 24 hours, this is out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been passed over to the courier.
  • Question about our delivery/ courier service?
  • My courier frozen parcel has been delayed, is it still safe?
    On occasion, parcels may be delayed. However, all parcels are packaged in thermal boxes with ice packs, where needed, to keep items safe. Frozen pet items are safe to feed and refreeze, providing they are cool on arrival.
