I have defrosted tripe for the first time, but it smelled rotten so I threw it away.

Fresh green tripe has a strong odour and is naturally green in colour, this is normal and is safe to feed.

I have just started feeding raw and my dog has become loose.

There are many factors that can cause irregular bowel movements. Contact us for further advice.

 

I have just bought some raw food, my dog does not like it. Can it be returned?

Frozen items are temperature controlled, therefore anything that has been chilled or frozen can only be returned within 30 minutes after purchase, unless the item has been recalled or is faulty. After this time, we are unable to take the items back for a refund, due to any temperature changes that will cause bacteria and pathogens to grow and risk making animals poorly. Thank you for understanding.
