Before fitting the Chiller coat simply soak it in a bowl of water, then wring out the excess water, leaving plenty of water in it but without it dripping. Do not over-tighten the girth strap as your dog will need room to be able to lie down. Measure from base of neck to start of tail for the correct sizing.
